An itinerant itinerary to be carried out individually between the refreshment points at high altitude to discover the Walser villages of the Val d'Ayas and the flavors of the cuisine of the Aosta Valley. A walk at stations between 4 high-altitude restaurants to enjoy a day immersed in nature and good food.
After taking the lifts in Frachey you start with the restaurant "Lo Retsignon" for an aperitif, continue to the "Vieux Crest" where they will wait for you for the first, to "Frantze" for the second and end at "Novez "with dessert and coffee.
At the time of booking you will be given a map with all the stations indicated and it will be up to you to find the dining places.
Once the route is finished, you can walk down the paths or take the Champoluc Crest descent systems, get to the square, take the free shuttle and return to the square in Frachey.
